Zhao Meng;Li Na;Yuan Jinsha;Wang Kairang;Gong Yu;State Grid Jibei Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,Electric Power Research Institute (North China Electric Power Research Institute Co.,Ltd.);North China Electric Power University; At present,voltage is the main evaluation parameter for the health status of battery at home and abroad.Although the consistency of the internal resistance of battery cells has been studied,the validity of parameters related to the evaluation of internal resistance change rules of battery cells has yet to be analyzed.In this paper,the decommissioning batteries of an electric bus charging station are studied,and 1/3 C constant current is used to carry out 1000 full SOC range cycle performance test on 5 battery cells under energy storage conditions.The residual capacity,50% SOC charge-discharge ohmic resistance and 0% SOC polarization resistance are identified every 100 cycles,and the capacity degradation and internal resistance change rules are analyzed with the test data obtained.The results show that the closer the initial capacity,the better the consistency of capacity degradation.For battery cells with a residual capacity of more than 80%,the higher the initial capacity,the slower the degradation and the higher the capacity retention rate.As the number of cycles increases,there is no significant difference in both the growth trend and growth rate of the charge-discharge ohmic resistance.Before 300 cycles,the change is relatively smooth,the fluctuation range is small and the consistency of internal resistance is good.After 300 cycles,the fluctuation range is large and peak-like,and the consistency of internal resistance at 500 cycles and 800 cycles is the worst.The correlation analysis of capacity with internal resistance shows that the correlation between 0% SOC discharge polarization resistance and capacity retention rate is the strongest,and the correlation of mean value is better than range,standard deviation and dispersion.It is applicable to the consistency evaluation of the internal resistance of lithium battery.
